The easiest way to run a Warhammer 40K Crusade campaign.
Echelon is the biggest thing I have ever built: a live web app that replaces the spreadsheets Crusade groups juggle with one shared campaign manager. Every player's roster, battle and unit story stays in sync, on the phone at the table and the laptop at home.
It started as a fix for the spreadsheet chaos in my own gaming group, and has grown into a product with free and paid tiers and its own community on Discord.
How it's built
Full-stack TypeScript
A React front end, an Express API and shared types in one monorepo, on Supabase Postgres with Drizzle ORM.
Production from day one
Stripe billing, automated releases and a full test suite in CI, running fully on Google Cloud with Cloud Run and Firebase Hosting.
Agentic, under direction
Built with Claude Code as a pair-programmer. I own the architecture, and every line is reviewed before it ships.
Enterprise Analytical Data Warehouse
Designed and delivered a new analytical SQL data warehouse at Brabners as the foundation for business-wide reporting. Structured around medallion architecture, it centralises data from multiple business systems, underpins Power BI reporting suites, and sets the groundwork for master data management and Azure cloud adoption.

Central Intelligence Tools
Built and launched Central Intelligence Tools, an internal application used by 400–500 people across the firm. Fee earners use it to open new matters, setting up everything they need to work on a matter in one place, and it is being extended into a hub that links third-party systems together.

Microsoft Fabric Enterprise Implementation
Led the strategic implementation and migration to Microsoft Fabric for an enterprise organisation. Consolidated disparate data workloads into a unified SaaS analytics platform, enabling seamless data engineering, data science, and real-time analytics capabilities.

Enterprise Master Data Management with Tamr & Microsoft Fabric
Designed and implemented an enterprise Master Data Management solution using Tamr on top of Microsoft Fabric, enabling AI-powered entity resolution and deduplication of critical business data. Built automated pipelines to master golden records across key business domains and publish authoritative data to downstream third-party services and applications via event-driven and API-based integrations.
